English: In conjunction with the pious marking of the centenary of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia in the present year, the Holy Synod has decreed that special jubilee liturgical texts shall be employed by all parishes, churches, monasteries and chapels of our Church. The extended commemorations at the Dismissal of the Liturgy are to be used at all times throughout this year, at every Liturgy, whilst the other texts found below are to be used at Altar Feasts, Church- and Diocese-wide celebrations of significant anniversaries, the working days of the Holy Sobor of Bishops and the sessions of the Holy Synod, services accompanying ecclesiastical and historical conferences, gatherings of Church musicians and youth, at summer camps and at other Church and social gatherings taking place during the anniversary years of 2020 and 2021.

Русский: В связи с благочестивым празднованием столетия Русской Православной Церкви заграницей в нынешнем году Священный Синод постановил, что специальные юбилейные литургические тексты должны использоваться всеми приходами, монастырями и часовнями нашей Церкви.
