30 JULY / 13 AUGUST 2023: On the 10th Sunday after Holy Pentecost, which this year marks the Forefeast of the Procession of the Cross, a new Deacon was ordained during the Divine Liturgy at the Diocesan Cathedral of the Nativity of the Mother of God and Holy Royal Martyrs in London.
Deacon Stanislav Markevcev received the Divine Grace of ordination to the diaconate through the laying on of hands of His Grace Bishop Irenei of London and Western Europe, who during the Hours prior to the Liturgy had tonsured him as Reader and elevated him to the subdiaconate.
The newly-ordained Deacon Stanislav will now remain in London over the days ahead to serve daily in the Cathedral, in keeping with the custom relating to newly-ordained clergymen. He will then return to Ireland, where Bishop Irenei has appointed him to serve in the parish of St Coleman in Stradbally.

30 ИЮЛЯ / 13 АВГУСТА 2023 г.: В Неделю 10-ю по Святой Пятидесятнице, на Божественной литургией в кафедральном соборе Рождества Богородицы и святых Царственных Мучеников в Лондоне рукоположен новый диакон.
Диакон Станислав Маркевцев принял Божественную Благодать рукоположения во диакона через возложение рук Преосвященнейшего епископа Лондонского и Западно-Европейского Иринея, который во время чтения часов до Литургии постриг его во чтеца и возвел во иподиакона.
Новорукоположенный диакон Станислав теперь останется в Лондоне для ежедневного служения в соборе, согласно обычаю, относящемуся к новопоставленным священнослужителям. Затем он вернется в Ирландию, где епископ Ириней назначил его служить в приходе св. Колмана в Страдбалли.
