ANNUAL PARISH MEETING will be held on Sunday 7th June 2026 in the Church Hall: 57 Harvard Road, London, W4 4ED. The meeting will commence immediately after the Sunday Divine Liturgy and will be presided over by His Grace Bishop Irenei.

All parishioners are welcome to attend the meeting.

Voting and election is open to parish members who are at least 21 years of age, have paid their membership subscription, have made their confession and taken Holy Communion not less than once a year, and who tend to the moral and economic welfare of the parish and are in good standing with the Church.

If by the time scheduled for the meeting the parish members present should fail to constitute the required quorum, another Annual Parish Meeting shall be convened 30 minutes later on the same day which meeting shall be considered valid in the presence of any number of attending members.

Membership subscriptions (£100 per adult, £50 per young adult up to 25, or £200 per family) must be paid in full by 4th June 2026. If paying by bank transfer, please use:

Годовое Приходское Собрание состоится в воскресенье, 7 июня 2026 г. в помещении церковного зала по адресу 57 Harvard Road, London, W4 4ED сразу после воскресной Божественной Литургии, под председательством Его Преосвященства Епископа Иринея.

Приглашаются все прихожане.

Только те члены прихода, которые достигли возраста 21 год, заплатили установленные членские взносы, исповедовались и причащались не реже, чем раз в год, и заботятся о моральном и экономическом благополучии прихода, имеют право голоса, могут избирать и избираться.

Если к назначенному для Собрания часу прибывшие члены прихода не составят требуемого кворума, назначается на тот же день, получасом позже, другое Годовое Приходское Собрание, которое считается правомочным при любом количестве собравшихся членов.

Оплата членских взносов (£100 за одного взрослого, £50 для прихожан не старше 25 лет, или £200 за семью) должна быть произведена до конца дня 4 июня 2026 г. Для оплаты банковским переводом:
