Deposit and payment

The cost of the pilgrimage, not including airfare, is £900 in Pounds Sterling, which includes meals and lodging for all 10 days / 9 nights. Pilgrims must purchase their airplane tickets individually, as best suits their needs; guidance will be provided on arrival necessities, transportation to the starting point of the pilgrimage, etc. The initial deposit required at the time of registration is a minimum of £200, with the total amount to be paid by 1st July.

Registration will remain open until spaces are filled, or until 20th June 2026. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis until the pilgrimage is full. Since it is a youth pilgrimage, there is an age limit of 18-35.

Once you have submitted the present registration form, it will be received by Hieromonk Theodore, the pilgrimage coordinator, who will respond with further details. All pilgrims will be required to obtain the blessing of the Priest of the parish of which they are a parishioner; those who complete the on-line application form will be sent a form that the Priest may use to submit his blessing.
