The Diocese keeps records on living persons (e.g. Clergy, Parish Officers) for the purposes of effective maintenance of the Diocese and communication between Clergy and faithful; as well as archival documents. This document describes the Diocese’s policy on the maintenance of confidentiality and security of its personnel records.
